How VantureX handles the information you share with us. Short, because we collect very little.
What we collect
What you choose to send us — your name, work email, company and the substance of your enquiry — plus the standard technical data our host records to deliver and secure the site.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, discuss a possible engagement, keep the site running securely and maintain proper business records. No newsletters, no profiling, no automated decisions.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent or trade personal information, and we don't run analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
Who else sees it
Vercel hosts the site and Google Workspace carries our email. Beyond our own team and those providers, we disclose information only where the law requires it.
Where it's held
Our providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country under appropriate contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted or anonymised within 24 months of last contact. Records with legal, tax or accounting significance are kept for the period the law requires.
Your choices
Ask what we hold, request a copy, a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent at any time. We may need to confirm your identity first.
